Monthly Mentorship for Working Stylists
the workroom
A professional space for personal stylists building real businesses with
real strategy, systems, and support.
You’ve got the talent.
But the backend of your styling business? That’s where things get murky.
Maybe you're . . .
Struggling to attract consistent, high-paying clients
Unsure how to structure your offers, pricing, or systems
Burning out trying to figure it all out on your own
Overwhelmed by all the business advice that doesn’t actually apply to stylists
Tired of asking yourself, "Is this even working?"
You don't need more free content or surface-level tips.
You need strategy, feedback, and a space to actually build.
That’s what The Workroom is for.
Welcome to
The Workroom.
A monthly mentorship space designed specifically for personal stylists who want to get booked, build structure, and run a smarter styling business with guidance that actually makes sense for what we do.
No fluff. No gimmicks. No gatekeeping.
Just real answers from someone who’s done (and is still doing) the work.
Inside The Workroom
you’ll get:
Live Monthly Strategy Sessions
Each month, we tackle one business topic—from pricing and packaging to booking systems and lead generation—followed by open Q&A and hot seat coaching.
Replay Access
Missed the call? No problem. You’ll get access to the replay library, so you can watch (or rewatch) anytime.
Monthly Resource Drop
A practical template, swipe file, checklist or worksheet to help you implement faster—without starting from scratch.
Community Access (via WhatsApp)
A dedicated space to ask questions, get support between calls, and connect with other stylists doing the work.
Meet Your Mentor
hi, i'm erika!
I'm Erika Cartledge.
Stylist. Educator. Business strategist (whether I meant to be or not).
I’ve been in this industry for over a decade and in that time, I’ve built a premium wardrobe consulting agency that supports high-achieving women through intentional, strategy-first style. My work has taken me into boardrooms, classrooms, fundraising galas, and media features in Forbes, Glamour, Brides, Bustle, and more.
But, behind every polished outfit you seen on my clients is a business that actually works. One with structure, systems, workflows, and offers that convert.
That’s the part most stylists never get to see.
And it’s the part I want to help you build.
Styling is only one part of what we do. If you don’t know how to run the business behind it, you’ll always be stuck in hustle mode and wondering why you’re so tired and still not making what you want.
The Workroom is a space to change that.
To get support. Ask better questions. And finally start building a business you can grow on purpose.
If you’re ready, I’ll save you a seat.
This is for…
Working stylists (new or seasoned) who want a sustainable, booked-out business
Industry pros ready to stop winging it and start refining their backend
Stylists who want direct access to a mentor who actually gets the business of style
People who are tired of running a hobby and are ready to run a business
